Production Manager (m/f/d) – Operational Leadership

HASYTEC (now Ultrasonic Tech GmbH, part of the ERMA TECH Group) develops and markets highly innovative ultrasonic technology that prevents biofouling on liquid-carrying surfaces. Our systems protect more than 300 ships, offshore platforms, and maritime installations worldwide efficiently, sustainably, and with low maintenance requirements.

As Production Manager (m/f/d), you take responsibility for the operational management of our production. You lead your team in the Production and ensure efficient, high-quality, and on-time manufacturing while staying close to the day-to-day operations.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Technical leadership of the production team
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations
  • Coordinating and optimizing assembly, testing, and shipping processes
  • Supporting the team in critical or complex production situations when needed
  • Ensuring quality, delivery reliability, and efficient use of resources
  • Further development of pragmatic and scalable production processes
  • Responsibility for production costs and investments
  • Evaluation of external manufacturing partners and suppliers

Who we are looking for:

  • Completed technical training, ideally master craftsman (Meister) or technician
  • Several years of experience in an Production with equipment assembly
  • Strong technical understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
  • Experience in small to medium-sized production structures is an advantage
  • Hands-on mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
  • Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Very good German and English skills
