As Production Manager (m/f/d), you take responsibility for the operational management of our production. You lead your team in the Production and ensure efficient, high-quality, and on-time manufacturing while staying close to the day-to-day operations.
Technical leadership of the production team
- Ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations
- Coordinating and optimizing assembly, testing, and shipping processes
- Supporting the team in critical or complex production situations when needed
- Ensuring quality, delivery reliability, and efficient use of resources
- Further development of pragmatic and scalable production processes
- Responsibility for production costs and investments
- Evaluation of external manufacturing partners and suppliers
- Completed technical training, ideally master craftsman (Meister) or technician
- Several years of experience in an Production with equipment assembly
- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and testing processes
- Experience in small to medium-sized production structures is an advantage
- Hands-on mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving
- Strong leadership skills and team-oriented mindset
- Very good German and English skills
- A key role with high impact on daily operations and team performance
- Short decision-making paths and direct reporting to management
